I live about an hour away, but come to Amarillo several times a month since it is the closest bigger city to me. I came in Friday and got a wild hair and decided I needed a new piercing for my birthday 😂 Tattoo Spa had good reviews on google, so I gave them a call. Brenda let me come in right then, and from the moment I set foot in the shop, she was nothing short of fabulous! The shop is very clean, green flag #1. Green flag #2, I have never met a piercer as meticulous as she was. She was very honest, examined my anatomy thoroughly, measured multiple ways, etc. Ultimately, due to the structure of my mouth, the medusa I wanted just wasn't a good choice, and I decided against it due to how well she communicated and explained things. Because of this, of course I still wanted to give them my business, so I went ahead and got a 4th piercing in my ears instead. Not only did she put the same attention to detail into the change of plans, she patiently helped me go through jewelry options and even told me exactly what size/gauge she was using, which no one has ever done before (and I am far from new to body mods). To ice this little cake, her aftercare instructions are very detailed, and she sends you home with supplies. She also offers wellness appointments if you need them, which is something else I have never seen anyone else do. They are cash only, but have an ATM if you need it. Its easy for an experienced piercer to throw some holes in an earlobe, but you can really tell Brenda cares about her customers and has pride in her work, no matter who or what she's working on. She was so patient and kind, and I had such a great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you Tattoo Spa & Brenda for making my birthday a little extra sparkly! ❤️❤️❤️

Lady B was the ABSOLUTE best. She made the experience of fixing a botched piercing so comfortable. The shop was SUPER clean as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by her, the piercing itself was fast and easy. She even gave me an aftercare package which is rare nowadays. I’ll definitely be returning for more piercings and teeth gems!

Brenda was beyond helpful when piercing my daughters ears. She made her feel comfortable, explained the entire process to her and gave detailed description about after-care along with descriptions of potential conditions while healing and how to amend them. She also quickly got me a nose ring that fit perfectly by looking at the hole and guessing.

Lady B is the best!! She is an amazing piercer! She took the time to make sure the placement was exactly what I wanted & had even helped me chose the jewelry. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for some new piercings. After she was done she thoroughly went over aftercare instructions & gave me her homemade aftercare solution. I will definitely be going back & will recommend her to all my friends!

I love this little shop, she schedule me so quick and easy. Even got me in sooner then I asked!!! She gave me aftercare products show me how to do it myself even instructions, for after, she was awesome!! Great way to start my new years 2026!!!
